I only know of three:
Scotia Scene
Scotia Moneyback
BMO Airmiles Debit

What other ones are there?
I rarely use debit. It's only for the once a month occasion where the place doesnt take credit and I dont feel comfortable carrying around that much cash.

I dont really count PCF cause I cant use the debit any where. It has to be PC places.
Scotia Moneyback gives 1%, but charges $15/month so it wont be worthwhile since I dont use it that often.
What other ones are better than the Scotia Scene and BMO Airmiles?

Hi. I too am in the same position but worse! I use credit as much as possible, rarely have or use cash, and never use debit. And my credit is always paid in full monthly. We use a Costco Amex cash back for purchases and if a retailer does not accept Amex we use our BMO Air miles Master Card. So the Amex along with the level of Costco card we have gives us a refund for each which is enough to pay for the annual Costco membership and a couple hundred left for groceries. And they do refund one of the cheques in cash if the purchase is less than the cash back cheque. We pay for car and house insurance using our Amex Cash Back card too. The BMO Air miles Master Card along with an Air Miles card will allow double dipping at retailers that give Air Miles......but our Amex will always prevail. We use Air Miles to buy cinema tickets and iTunes cards. I never pay fees for credit cards or bank accounts. Basically cash back is out there and can be chosen to best meet your individual needs.
