Nope! EQ won't snail mail anything unless you close out your account.

EQ's FAQ say "You’ll receive a T5 tax slip online before February 28th of each year."

As it should be. Not sure why any online bank would do it any other way, albeit Simplii/PC financial did a mail out - but maybe because CIBC is still in the Middle Ages.

The problem with EQ Bank is that it is the only online bank that hasn't figured out yet how to allow mobile users to connect to the full online website on their smartphones. So, unless you have a computer or laptop, you can't access any statements or documents, including tax slips. Also, transactions only go back 90 days. For a bank that prides itself in being "all digital", it still seems to be in its startup stage - after over two years in business already.

Okay...understood. There is a price to pay I guess for fringe institutions.

I just finished printing off my EQ Bank 2019 T5s from their website. sf-smile

I wonder why they don't send out notices that their T5s are available❓sf-confused
