I'm debating if an eq bank is worth it if you have a wise account. Both have cards (500 withdrawal for eq-bank, 350 for wise). No exchange fees for eq bank and 0.5% cash back vs mid-market rate for wise (0.35%?) and no cash back. Depending on transaction volume it will depend if you already have a bank account in Canada to send or receive to wise account.  

Both are free, always good to have a backup, otherwise known as plan B.
