DUCA has changed its online layout.

I can no longer find any quarterly statements at all. It's been like this since yesterday at least.

I also find 3 mysterious "Service charges" of $2.00 each listed in transactions on my Earn More Savings Account. However, I am not sure if these were actually deducted, and I can't imagine what they would have been for. I made no withdrawals that month, just one incoming and 2 internal transfers.

The whole page is very confusing; and of course, I can't access the statements to see what really happened.

All of this occurred in March, but I can't find a statement for December either. The December and September ones used to be there.

Can anyone enlighten me?

There should be an option to view transactions for a selected period. The default is last 15 transactions (i think).

I know what you mean, but I'm not getting anything like that.

I'm new to DUCA so this may not be exactly correct. When my account was finally available last week, they told me over the phone something like transferring into the "more" acccounts came with a service charge. They suggested I transfer into the base account, the .15% account, and then call them to transfer the funds to the more accounts with no charges.

FWIW I just logged in and everything is working fine for me -- I got my immediate text warning that someone accessed my account, there are no strange debits, and I just downloaded my March statement NP

You didn't click on one of those badly worded Nigerian phishing emails, did you? LOL

I think there's an older thread where this issue was raised before -- there seem to be some peculiarities in their system related to their 'earn more' subaccount, and I've found it best to simply avoid using it. When I transfer funds into DUCA from outside, I always direct the money into the base account 0001 and then immediately call DUCA and instruct them to move it into the park account. When I want to move funds out, first I make a free online transfer myself from the park account into the base account, and then I initiate the outgoing transfer from the base account to wherever. Never paid any fees doing things this way

Thanks Londonguy. Having just joined DUCA in the past couple of weeks, your info about using the base account for transfers in and out is appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. It was reassuring to know it was working for some of you.

Largely by accident, I discovered that I was not on the "full site", and managed to get transferred to it. But this was sheer luck. I have no idea how I ended up where I did instead of where I intended to be, or how to prevent this in future.

The $2 service charges are still there, but they have been refunded, x2.

I wish they had 24/7 phone line.
