I am a new DUCA member and set up a Savings account which turns out to be 3 different accounts: Regular Savings, Earn More Savings and Earn More Savings Park account. I don't know why DUCA requires clients to have to speak to a CSR to move funds to the Park account but, unfortunately, that's how it is.
Has anyone linked from Hubert to their Park account? If so, have you successfully pushed and pulled from the Park account?
An additional question: On another forum site, it was mentioned that there is a $2 fee to transfer funds out of certain DUCA accounts. Is that the case? I can't find information about account fees on the DUCA website.

When I linked up my Hubert Acct.,I did not use the last number that specifies which acct to link,DUCA choose to link me to the earn more savings acct,so that is the one I use.
The Park acct is just a temp. acct used for the promo,so i don't think they like you doing anything directly from there...move funds to regular savings and go from there.
Never been charged for a transfer done online.
I think the $2 fee is just transfers requested in branch.

If you want to withdraw money from ATM you need to transfer money online first to regular savings account as this is the account that is linked to client card for ABM use. That is how mine was set up and explained to me at the time. It's a bit of a pain at first but it's like a firewall for your earn more account . If you don't transfer funds to that account then no cash for you at ATM.
