My online access was blocked on the weekend as well, despite being set up with the updated credentials.
This morning I regained access, but was interrupted by a screen requiring setting up a secondary list of three security questions.
Security questions were previously set up on DUCA, but these were different questions requiring different set of answers.
Tried phoning DUCA CSR to verify that there was no problem with their site, but CSR's are not answering the phone even after a 20 minute wait.
I am hoping DUCA's new and improved banking system doesn't mean they adopted the banking model of the Big Six...
