DUCA has recently implemented a new online system.
What are their account linking options to external FI accounts?
What options do they offer:
- Token deposit (where you provide transit number & a/c number for a couple of small deposits to be verified)?
- Physical void cheque?
- Signed PAD document from the external bank?
- Flinks type system (where you have to give your username and password of your external bank account to a third party)?
Also, do they have secure email system where we send them docs online, or do they require snail mail or branch visits?

I've just joined today but here's what I've found.
You need to fill out a "me-to-me" transfer authorization to link external accounts.

Regarding documents, for me-to-me you are required to: "submit a signed copy of this form and a personalized cheque to your nearest branch or, Fax: 416.221.2293, or mail to:
