The regular interest rate on this account is 1.45%.
It's not clear to me to what extent you can manage this account without using a branch, but it says there are no fees or service charges if you manage it online without going into a branch. You can use ATMs. You can sign up online. It is a credit union. Bricks-and-morter branches are in the Greater Toronto Area/905/519 area. May only be available to people in Ontario, but I don't know that.
