All funds in DUCA’s time-limited Earn More promo accounts are usually automatically moved to your regular Earn More account at the end of the promo. I signed into my DUCA account yesterday and my funds were withdrawn from the promo account on March 1 but are not shown anywhere. I called DUCA 40 minutes ago to ask where the withdrawal went and I am still on hold. Has anyone else had this issue?

When I logged in yesterday, my funds had been moved to the regular Earn More account.
The transaction to move them was dated March 1

Thanks for sharing your experience. I ended the call before speaking to anyone. I logged into my account again about an hour ago and the funds are now there.
