I've written a review of this card:

In short, the bonus points (most commonly redeemed for Aeroplan points) and service are great, but the annual fee (after the first year) and relatively scarcity of places that accept American Express are major hindrances to recommending the card.

I've had this card for a year now and I think it is one of the best business reward cards out there.
There are bonus points as well:
Earn up to 40,000 bonus points. Every year. 15,000 points when you reach $50,000 in purchases. Another 25,000 when you reach $100,000
If you spend over $100,000 / year, the rewards on this are hard to beat.
I booked a 120,000 mile Asia 1 First Class ticket with Aeroplan with 3 different stopovers and 10 flight segments (maximum allowed). It was a great trip and well worth the points. Unfortunately, they increased the mileage needed for this trip to 175,000 points. The ticket is worth somewhere between $18,000 and $30,000 if you actually paid for it, so at this rate of return, you would be getting ((140,000 / 120,000) * $18,000) / $100,000 = 21% return! At the new redemption level, you would get 14.4% return, assuming you spent exactly $100,000 / year.
Here's an example of someone who has documented their reward trips: http://boardingarea.com/blogs/.....ass-award/
