Use your PC Financial MasterCard and redeem each coupon to receive 5,000 PC points with any purchase at the checkout in participating grocery stores where President's Choice products are sold. See coupons for full details. Coupons have no cash value.
In addition, if you apply online by February 28, 2015, receive the usual 5,000 PC points for an application, plus a bonus 25,000 PC points which will be awarded to your account after your first in-store purchase of $50.00 or more before tax. Valid at participating grocery stores where President's Choice products are sold. Purchase must be made with your President’s Choice Financial MasterCard within 4 months of account approval at participating stores. For all offers, allow 2-3 weeks from qualifying purchase for bonus PC points to be awarded. Each offer is limited to one per new PC Financial MasterCard account and may be terminated or changed at any time without notice."

Has anyone applied for this card and received the four coupons for 5000 points each?
If so, can you tell me what the conditions were for using them? Obviously you have to use them in conjunction with the PC MC, but is there a minimum purchase or is it linked to certain mandatory purchases?
