We have now successfully completed a pick up order at RCSS while redeeming some PC Optimum points with (non-PC) credit card as partial payment.sf-smile
When arriving for pick-up, you tell the person on the phone that this is what you want to do and it is straightforward.
There was no option or information about this during the ordering process, which I think remains a significant failing.

That's good to hear.

I agree. The PC Express site could have done better explaining how to redeem PC Optimum points towards pickup orders.

That means the PC MasterCard welcome offer of 100,000 points after first use could be of use to you.
