I was reading some news feeds and came across this news release.

It seems that BMO is releasing a new World Elite MasterCard for businesses.

The card itself is vertical which is neat.

Rewards are:

Cardholders earn 4 BMO Rewards points for every $1 spent on gas, office supplies, and cell phone and internet bill payments (up to a maximum spend of $50,000), and 1.5 BMO Rewards points for every $1 they spend on all other card purchases

Has some good insurances.

2 Free lounge passes ("Two complimentary airport lounge visits annually")

I don't often see new business CC offerings. Maybe other issuers will start offering world elite cards.

Thanks for sharing! It's slim pickings regarding decent small business credit card options.

The challenge I have with BMO Rewards points is that if you redeem for a statement credit, each point is worth 0.5 cents. (Ref: the thread when the BMO eclipse Visa Infinite credit card was launched.)

I'm holding out for the first Interstellar Elite.

The credit card names are getting so long the credit card companies will need to for form an industry committee to write specs for a physically larger card to accommodate longer names ...
