Stack Mastercard is a good one since there's no foreign transaction fee or ATM charge , unless the local ATM has a charge. It works in most countries. They also give you a virtual card to use online besides the physical card. There's no fees, but they also don't give you any cash back.

If you travel a lot a new company in Canada ( it's been out in Europe for a while ) called Revolut is coming out with a prepaid Visa and virtual card number as well. This one looks interesting,since there's no foreign transaction fees, plus you can send money abroad for free, and people on the waiting list are just starting to get accepted for cards. I wouldn't put a lot of money on this card since if there's any issues the customer service is poor.
