Fido Credit Card deducts the points before showing the refund! | Credit card reward programs | Discussion forum

Hi, Has anyone noticed the same? I bought an item online (paid in CAD) and then got a refund because the item arrived faulty. I just checked my account and I see that the points I earned were deducted yesterday but the return is still not showing under my account.

Is this an issue or normal? Should I call them? My only concern is that the switch to World Elite is messing up things as the account is showing new CC number which I haven't even received yet.
