For those unaware, Coast Capital Savings saw fit to revamp their login process for online and mobile banking, initially requiring you to verify your account via an SMS code (which is silly because some people don't have cell phones; they should at least provide landline codes like Google and Microsoft). Aside from that, they also required a minimum 10-digit/character password, which pisses me off because I always use a strong password consisting of numbers, letters, a symbol, and a mix of casings. Anyway, once I got past that, at least they don't require an SMS code to login each time!
Nevertheless, trying to deposit a cheque this evening has been impossible via mobile app. I've tried updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling the latest mobile app. The problem is...you can only login with a username now except no one told that to the mobile app in that you can't enter alphabetic characters into the "debit card" field! Since Deposit-on-the-go is only available via mobile app, one is hooped.
Now I have to wait and go out to an Interior Savings Credit Union ATM next time I get a chance...

Uninstall and reinstall the app again... I couldn't enter special characters at first either... Also make sure you installed the correct app... They still have the old one on the app store as well.
There's only 1 app that shows up, which could be because the new app requires iOS 11. I can only install apps for iOS 9 as I have an iPad 2.
