I am in at 10:08 AM EST. Sounds like perhaps you hit a scam site or it was down and just came up. You might want to change your password.
Thanks for your concern. I tried it from mobile browser and logged in successfully. Desktop version still not working. I think its something wrong in my desktop Chrome browser settings

I disabled my VPN and still couldn't log in. It might be some security software on my work laptop blocking it however im able to log in to other banking sites
I would try some basic things .
1 . A cold reboot . (assuming you have not performed a true cold boot) This may sound like its a shot in the dark , I assure you this is the first thing anyone should do before going into the deep end of troubleshooting problems.
2. Are you using incognito mode? This may cause cookie blocking that could interfere with access . You can allow cookies for that specific access, if this is the case.
3 . Disable your security / firewall temporarily . Then attempt to use chrome
4 . Try another browser. Use MS Edge , its already installed and ready to go on a windows system. If not using windows , install a browser. I would go with Firefox.
5. Clear your browsing history. (note: you will lose preset data like login names / accounts and auto login into email like setups. you would just have to re input those fields . I personally do this often.
These steps should be able to isolate where the trouble is.
As for the system being your work laptop , its most likely locked down and you may not be able to accomplish all of the above.

I just logged into CT Bank and attempted to pay a bill. The site is all working except when I select the payments tab. The payments tab page is framed as usual but the content area i.e. list of payees is blank. Hopefully it is a temporary glitch and not an end to CT bill payments. Just wondering if someone else could have a look and see if they get the same result?

I cant even get into the site via the app or desktop cuz I have 2FA setup. Their 2FA is completely messed up and not sending the 8 digits code for verification. so those who have 2FA set up is in limbo and cant access CT bank nor the reward portion.
It has been "down" since last wed or earlier when I first tried. their response is they are working on it but no ETA when it will be fixed. Rep also mention other web site problem which is probably what you are seeing. It sounds like even if one does not have 2FA and is able to log in, there are other technical problems they need to fix.
With no official communication from them for the past few days, wondering if they have been hacked or just dont have the technical skill set there to fix their system...

What incentive is there to deal with Cdn Tire Bank these days?Stephen
Of the non-mobile phone types of "virtual" banks, it has about the best HISA (but that can drop in an instant). Considering what we know or "hear", would you rather deal with Wealth or Neo or Saven? Not me, but I haven't gone back to CTC either yet. Let's say I have my doubts.
