A financial services company needs at least 10billion in deposits to realize that rates increase/decrease can affect profit - CTFS is no where near that. ING DIRECT Canada has over 23 billion and that's why you seem them move the quickest on lowering rates -- costs lots of money to provide interest to 23 billion
