I can't find it either, seems to be gone.
Used to be able to download a monthly statement, that seems to be gone too, anybody else find it?
Whatever you click on takes you to info about the credit card, pretty much the whole site seems to be about the card.
Update: Just called CT, she said statements are coming, migration to new site just happened so will take a while.

There is no current rates page (HISA and GIC) that I can find. Clicking 'Products' opens a basically blank page with some pictures of credit cards, none of them that can be clicked, nor can the down arrow. Below that, there are six text 'buttons' which become underlined after mouseover, which means a working link anywhere else in the internet world. Except for CT.
This is not close to being ready for prime time. What was the point of launching this, as it is meaningless and only paints CT in a bad light?

I set up auto pay from CT account to Triangle MC. I could not find account number, so I called and they advised what my account number is. It takes 6 -8 weeks before auto pay starts, so you still need to pay from another source for a couple of months. I could not find a download button for bank account on new site. Hopefully the site will improve soon.

Yes, sadly account # details are absent from the new site. Fortunately, you can still access the old site, at least for now...get the info from the Direct Deposit request form under Account Services.
I'm using https://www.ctfs.com/content/dash/en/public/login.html as instructed for login. I don't see "Account Services" or anything else, either there or after logging in. I must be in the wrong place?
