I was able to sign-up for myself without any problems except it was a struggle to link an account (see post 101 above). That has been resolved and I have linked a second account and confirmed that transfers work for both accounts.
However I have not been successful in signing up my wife - the Equifax issue!. I requested a report from Equifax which showed her employment status to be wrong. So I tried enrolling using the information that Equifax had on file. That didn't work, so I sent the correction form to Equifax. I just tried again entering the correct information but still no luck. Perhaps they have not yet corrected her file but I have doubts that this enrollment will ever work. B2B are no help with this and talking to Equifax rivals talking to Bell Canada or Rogers for level of frustration.

I've just linked Tangerine account to B2B as Manulife void cheque printing has not been working since last week at least. So will need to use Tangerine as an intermediary bank 🙂
I was having the same problem. Manulife kept logging me out every time I tried. But I found a work around. Instead of printing a VOID cheque, download the Direct Deposit form. It contains the same info.
FYI: Bank # = 540 and Transit# = 05012
Now I was able to initiate a link.
P.S. you have to get your Acct # separately online.

The whole Equifax thing was a problem for me too. I tried for both myself and my wife last night and kept having problems. Tried again today and all was well but it took a few tries to get the questions right because some questions it told me were wrong. So it is more than just the possible incorrect info on Equifax records. Not clear to me how Equifax chooses info to present in the questions.
Too bad B2B does not have an alternative way to sign up.
Fortunately, my persistence paid off.

I recently set up a HISA account at B2B, it took all of 10 min to do.
Then I went and set up an external bank link.
24 hours later the 2 small credits to my external bank showed up and I was then able to complete the external ban link.
So far so good.
I then transferred $1 into B2B as a test, my account now has $1 in it great,
So I decided to test the Interac E transfer function from within B2B
Each time I try I get "Service error on our part please try again later"
Contacting B2B by phone was no help .
So I tried sending a interac e transfer from my external bank.
And when I tried to accept it , B2B kept kicking me out of the online bank app.
Clearly they are having problems,
Not a great start to B2B especially when I wanted to transfer a 6 figure amount to get their 3.3% rate .
I'll wait to see how long it takes to fix this very important function !!

I had the same exact problem on a week night (Friday) and on a weekend for linking accounts.
I resolved by doing what the folks did above with a little more detail.
I linked the account on a weekday morning around 8:30am and it worked.
Tried to acknowledge 2 transfers a couple of days later at night and it didn't work (I got the error again).
Once again, tried to acknowledge transfer next morning at 8:30am by going to the link site and it worked. So far, so good.
Trying out transfers now from my linked account back to B2B.

After opening a chequing account on line the interac function is still broken !
They maybe paying 3.3% for now but its not worth the hassle to wait 2 days to send money out if interac is broken. Oh and by the way receiving interac money is also broken !
Bottom line , I don't trust B2B and will be closing my accounts !
Is anybody else also having this problem ?
