Does anyone know if Alterna Bank has a RRIF Savings account. There seems to be conflicting information regarding this, perhaps because of the confusion with Alterna Savings?

In any case, if they do have such an account does anyone know the current rate? Fiscal Agents seems to suggest they do have such an account and the rate is the same as their TFSA product.

I asked Alterna Savings on Twitter and their response is:

RRIF eSavings are available 2 existing online-only Alterna Bank clients 2 RRIF their current eAccounts. Call us at 1.866.560.0120
