Alterna has a 12 month (1 YR) Term deposit promo for 3% at the moment.
https://www.alternabank.ca/Rates/

It can unregistered, RRSP, or TFSA. Min $500 deposit. This is available to the digital banking clients and can be added through the online portal by clicking add new account. If you want it in a TFSA you must click Tax Free account and not term deposit and the options will show in that menu.

I am not sure if Peter updates Alterna manually but on the GIC chart says it was updated a few days ago whereas all the others say todays date FYI.
