Achieva dropped all of their GIC rates today March 13/13.

1 Yr - 1.95% ( down from 2.05% )
2 Yr - 2.15% ( down from 2.25% )
3 Yr - 2.30% ( down from 2.45% )
4 Yr - 2.45% ( down from 2.60% )
5 Yr - 2.70% ( down from 2.85% )

Just a F.Y.I. for anybody who follows GIC rates. Watch for other banks to follow suit in the near future.
