Apparently Achieva has reduced their rate to 1.8%. The Manitoba CUs may be looking to collapse their rates a bit now that other downward movements give them a little room.

No kidding. I fear however, bouncing from one CU to another to get the 2% rate, will just be a temporary measure. I think they will be all at it soon.

It also comes down to more than just rates, but in terms of service and online banking platforms. In that, Implicity Financial (followed by Hubert Financial) seem to win that award. :)

Cheers,
Doug

I agree. I have had no problems with Achieva but I will certainly look into Implicity Financial. I have a reasonable amount sitting with Achieva but time to move on I think.
