Access Credit Union—AcceleRate Financial's parent company—will legally merge with Noventis and Sunova Credit Unions on July 1, 2022.
However, our full integration won’t happen overnight and we want this process to bring as little disruption to our members as possible.
Starting July 1, day-to-day and online banking will remain the same for AcceleRate Financial members. Existing cheques, debit cards, pre-authorized payments, investments, and member numbers will not change.

The estimated Completion of this 3 Way CU Merger Integration is more than a year away ... https://cusuccess.ca/timeline/
As they're bound to hit some potholes & bumps along the way, I wouldn't be surprised if the completion of the Integration doesn't really happen until sometime in early 2024.
Don't hold your breath on this.

Hi Blake,
As with Dean above, I fully expect the system integration to not occur until much later after the legal amalgamation. This is just a paper change, essentially. There will be significant changes to the members' equity line on Access Credit Union's balance sheet, as well as to its assets and liabilities, of course, but that's about it. Consistent with other credit union mergers, I would target full system integration to occur 12 months after legal amalgamation (so summer 2023). My "best guess" is that Hubert Financial and Sunova Credit Union migrate to the Access Credit Union banking systems and platforms, but that the lesser known, and much much smaller, AcceleRate Financial online divisional brand is phased out and merged into Hubert Financial. Essentially, you'll see Hubert's eye-pleasing and more functional brand, user experience, etc., favoured over AcceleRate Financial's rather "amateur hour" web design and customer experience. Functionality wise, though, within online banking, you will see AcceleRate Financial "live on" in the back end through its e-Statement format, transaction histories, Me-to-Me Transfers, and the like.
Cheers,
Doug
