Is this the beginning of the dissolution of Accelerate?

Pros:
You can now see the beneficiary of registered GICs

Cons:
No separate logon for spouse
Both spouses registered GICs are on a combined list and cannot discern who owns what.

Just noticed Accelerate premium saving account rate just dropped from 1.70 % to 1.65%

Looks like a trend in declining savings interest rates

Are you seeing that rate change only when logged in? They haven't updated their rates page: http://www.acceleratefinancial.....rates.aspx

Sorry for the misinformation, Peter. I just realized that when I log out of my Accelerate account, I am redirected to the Crosstown website, where I looked at the rates page: http://www.crosstowncivic.mb.c.....s/personal

It's a peculiar way to manage a website.

There appears to be no change in Accelerate rates, also confirmed by logging into my account.

Thanks for double checking!

Stephen
