I suspect all the Manitoba CU's will be lowering their rates. I see Ahieva lowered theirs too. Most of their parent companies have dropped their Mortgage rates and they can't pay more to attract the funds than what they will learn on them when they lend it out.

Called Accelerate today. Reason for drop is because BMO dropped mortgage rates by half a percent.
