Why do you bank with them?: Good rates , transfers in and out no issue
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: I actually talk to a person , like a real person ... and no waiting 20 minutes on hold for next agent ..
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: 2 step authentication needs to be added , web site dated
General comments: Happy with rates , services I have a HISA and TFSA

How long have you banked with them?: 5 years
Why do you bank with them?: High interest rate
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Not much, opened account but never deposited. Took them 2 years just to get electronic transfers working with your own bank account.
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Unlike the big banks, there is zero authentication with customer service. They look up all your account details and balance just based on your name or email address!! I sent an inquiry whether there are any inactivity fees for not using the account and they 1) Looked up my balance 2) The bank accounts I had linked 3) Informed me that they would need my written authorization to close the account with the account number but then believe it or not, a few days later I got an email saying "your account has been closed as requested" and they deposited the balance into my personal bank account. I never provided my account number or any personal details, they did this just based off of the name in my email address. I always felt unsafe banking with them because from day 1 I noticed even in the online unsecured chat the agents would look up my account info based on my first name.
General comments: Unless someone provides their acccount number or authentication details their agents should not have permission to go willy nilly with all your personal information. Unheard of for a financial institution to be operating this way.

Why do you bank with them?: They have the best interest rates.
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Convenient on line banking. Easy to move money to and from financial institutions.
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Nothing. Over the last 3 years Implicitly has made improvements to their system and site that brings it to par with any other Bank or Credit Union.
General comments: Hopefully, they can stay in business for a log time to come.

What do you like about this bank / credit union?: easy to transfer from other account
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: need free 5 or 10 transaction debit purchase .

What do you like about this bank / credit union?: able to transfer funds from my bank to implicity electronically
