   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: This bank is worse in canada move away from it, pathetic , they just hold your money, I cant imagine when rents due and they have put on hold on your account

   How long have you banked with them?: 2months

   Why do you bank with them?: because they are the bank tied up with the merchant which I prurchased products from, and they offered an installment payment. little did I know that it is through this bank!

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: nothing!!!!!

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: alot of things! esp setting up payments, creating online banking, and alot more

   General comments: dealing with this bank esp customer support is very hard. they do not know answers to your questions! i want to set up an online banking account but you have to wait forever to do that and paying my loan/purchase is very hard to make!! compared to my previous experiences with other merchants and banks, theirs is by far the most difficult and most terrible. i hope they will improve this because we do not have all the time in the world to call them and talk to them and to be put on hold!

   How long have you banked with them?: 10 years

   Why do you bank with them?: I opened a GIC acount with them 5 years ago because they had the highest interest rates

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Nothing.

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Customer service, training, interest rates. They're horrible to deal with. You have to call 2-3 times to redeem your GICs in order to find someone who knows how to do it.

   General comments: As soon as my final GIC matures, I plan to cut ties with this bank.

   Why do you bank with them?: GIC

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Nothing

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Everything needs to be improved regarding student GiC program.

   General comments: Website display some date and the customer service employee say something different. Too low withdrawal as well as online banking credit and debit limit . No e- interac transfer is this fast pacing world. still need to go to the bank which is about miles away. bank statement request is to be processed in 4 days unimaginable.
