   How long have you banked with them?: 8years

   Why do you bank with them?: They where good at beginning till had house fire and Jenny groover gave away 90% of money to contractor on blank Invoices and he did 35 % of work and bank will not help but they where in trust of my claim

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Not to much anymore they will not help and send nasty letters if miss payment but not give a shi- that you have to pay for two places and trying to pay to fix my house that they where given money to give to contractor blank invoices

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: They could step up and take some responsibility

   General comments: Nasty

   Why do you bank with them?: Initially chosen by mortgage broker

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Nothing...so glad to finally be done with them.

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Get rid of the obscene hidden fees and last minute charges.

   General comments: Go somewhere else...this bank is just trying to make a profit off of you.

   General comments: This is the worst bank that I have dealt in 30 of my life. Never gave us good rates if anything got us more in debt even though we were always good customers. Do not get a mortgage with this bank.

   Why do you bank with them?: because of their interest rate

   What do you like about this bank / credit union?: nothing

   What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: The staff consistently transfers my funds incorrectly. They transfer it to the wrong account or the transfer does not get completed. You have to call the bank over and over again to see if your funds were transferred correctly.

   General comments: I don't recommend this bank, their staff don't know how to transfer funds correctly.
