Why do you bank with them?: High rates for GICs and savings accounts and easy to use.
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: High rates for GICs and savings accounts and easy to use.
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: maybe have cashable GICs too?
General comments: Easy to reach by phone during hours. I recently had to cash in a GIC before maturity and they were very good about it. Did not even charge a penalty! It was an exception, of course, but I was exceptionally pleased they helped out. Service agent was very pleasant. I have enjoyed good rates and easy on-line or phone service with them.

How long have you banked with them?: Since 2012
Why do you bank with them?: Originally because they had no online banking, but they've put that in now. And of course interest rates.
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: High interest, good customer service helping me past hurdles without gotchas, few fees
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Service is only M-F business hours; rates have been falling
General comments: Recent rate drops are depressing. I have good-paying terms, though, and they move money promptly without errors, so I'll stay near the $100K limit with them.

How long have you banked with them?: 2 years
Why do you bank with them?: TFSA's rates (relative to everyone else's!)
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: Used to be frustrated by having to call-in to transfer funds out - though CSR's consistently pleasant and helpful and wait-times acceptable - but VERY pleasd that that is no longer an issue.
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Wish the 3% interest rate - apparently since 2009! - could have been maintained.
General comments: Concerned about the 1% drop in interest rate this year and what that might mean in future.; however, still above all other institutions (excepting promotions) so will leave my $$$ here for the time being. (0.5% more not worth the bother for me with this $$$ since I use it for "extras" and time for transfers and fees end up "eating" any extra interest earned, it seems).

How long have you banked with them?: Since August 2014.
Why do you bank with them?: Highest Tfsa interest rate in Canada at 3% as of writing. Frustrated with Tangerine which deceived me with a teaser interest rate. Big banks have long wait times to anwser my simple questions by phone People's trust I get through sooner. Over all very satisfied.
What do you like about this bank / credit union?: High interest rates, easy to use interface, lower wait times for help line questions when compared to TD bank which always has a message that were experiencing long than expected wait times, and a security image to help you tell if your on the correct website before preceding any further. Keep up the great work Peoples trust!
What could be improved about this bank / credit union?: Additional security upon logging on like code generator app or two way verification.
General comments: Happy overall.
