The TFSA dollar limit for 2012 - $5,500.00

Can you provide a link that says the 2012 TFSA limit has increased to $5,500? There is talk that this "might" happen for 2012 but the CRA hasn't made an official notification on their website:

It isn't moving to $5500, it remains at $5000.
